In order to use the GeethaGovindamMatrimony.com Service you must register as a member on the Website. GeethaGovindamMatrimony.com is intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether such person uses the Service as a free member or a paid member. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the GeethaGovindamMatrimony.com service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process. By using the Service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information, to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service. To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.
GGM Registrations will be happened through Online / Offline. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making by GGM (as part of GGM services) depend upon yourself furnishing true, accurate, current and complete information, photo(s) etc.You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided to GGM by you.
If at any point of time GGM comes to know or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then GGM shall have full right to suspend or terminate your membership and forfeit the amount paid by you towards GGM membership fee and refuse to GGM service to such GGM member thereafter without any notice.
A. GGM is an endeavor to help you find your dream life partner (prospect) through of process of automated searching, shortlisting and contacting prospects amongst our registered members.
B. GGM reproduces your details once you register on our website on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered GGM members within our consortium of website(s).
C. GGM's obligation is only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any assistance from third party / persons from amongst the other registered members of the Website. You agree that the system generated search results of GGM are only of the profiles registered members on Website.
D. GGM's automated system offers match making profiles between its registered members based on the partner preference set by each such GGM member.
E. The search conducted by any GGM member and the results thereof are automatically generated, and based on the partner preference set by you. In the event GGM member changes their partner preference on the Website, then the automated system generated prospect results of the Website may also undergo corresponding change.
F. GGM cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the GGM service or from the consortium of websites/portal's of MCL.
G. The GGM members agrees and understands that GGM may also allow third parties to provide GGM members services on the website like horoscope matching etc., and GGM may also collect the payment for such third party services to you.
H. GGM shall safeguard sensitive user information using authentication mechanisms, access controls and encryption techniques.
I. GGM cannot guarantee the complete protection of user data while it is in transit, or prevent any tampering of the data by a third party with malicious intent before the data reaches the GGM servers
A. To protect the broader interest of the registered GGM member and increase the efficiency, GGM members ensure to keep their username and password safe and confidential for using the GGM services.
B. Any additional information / data required by GGM for using the GGM services shall be provided by the GGM Member, as and when so sought by GGM.
E. GGM Members are expected to verify the credentials of the prospect such as family status, marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc.
F. To get better search results, GGM Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and GGM shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
G. GGM members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions and GGM shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
H. GGM Members are expected to refrain from : i. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects. ii. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc. iii. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage. iv. violating any law for the time being in force. v. From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.
J. GGM Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
K. The GGM members agrees that for getting effective search results of prospects on Website you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Website and send expression of interest which is an automated messages to prospects as a free GGM member, and in the event you have availed paid GGM package, you can send personalized messages to prospects to show your expression of interest/replies. GGM member also may review the expression of interest sent to you / read the messages sent to you by prospects and may respond suitably.
L. You also agree that while accessing / using the Website, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website including but not limited to the use of feature of website like chat instantly with prospect, viewing horoscope of prospects, enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on their Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
M. GGM member shall not assign or transfer your GGM membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and GGM shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
N. If the GGM Member fails to inform GGM, about any chage in the particulars furnished by GGM member to other GGM member, then the GGM membership may be suspended by GGM at its sole discretion
O. GGM Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks for accessing the GGM services.
P. GGM Members shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the GGM Website or any network connected to the Website nor breach the security measures instituted by GGM.
i. You and the prospect are both registered GGM members and are bound by these terms and condition.
ii. GGM is not a broker or the agent of any GGM member, and GGM does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the GGM members and prospects or the results of their discussion.
iii. GGM Member's are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa. GGM expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any GGM members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction or any other medium of communication between GGM members either using website or otherwise.
iv. GGM has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the GGM members, and GGM shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.
A. Your access to and use of the GGM Services or any content is at your own risk. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE GGMSERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GGM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GGM does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or e-mail sent from GGM are free of viruses or other harmful components. GGM will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this GGM Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
B. GGM does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance by you choosing to register on our Website and using GGM services (both paid and free).
C. You expressly agree that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.
A. GGM has full rights to cancel or terminate your membership without any prior to the member, all amount paid till date by you to GGMshall be forfeited.
B. Upon termination / suspension of GGM membership, your right to use or access the GGM Website GGM services will cease immediately. All provisions of this terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the GGM Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.
A. Payment made by cash / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid GGM service shall be subject to realization of the said payment.
B. GGM uses third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of payment gateway failure the same would be communicated to the GGM member by the payment gateway provider. GGM shall not be responsible for Extra currency/conversion charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway. In the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, GGM offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts through the payment gateway.
C. You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number / Form 60/61 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules thereunder in the event you choose any paid package of MCL, the value of such paid package being Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakh Only] and above from MCL.
The payments made by GGM member to GGM by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / are treated as non-refundable. Payment once made for GGM services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
